In 1991, two friends journey to the tip of Baja California, Mexico to experience a total solar eclipse and fulfill a broken childhood promise. They find themselves in the right place at the right time to help a beautiful local woman. Shot on location on 35mm film in the 1990s, “The Perfect Shadow” captures the adventure of a modern day quest to nature’s most awe-inspiring event: totality during a solar eclipse.
